Lakes Area Towing and Recovery is owned and operated by Chris Herzog and family. While most happy helping people with their vehicle issues, Chris splits his time managing several companies including Wisconsin Excavation, Sunset Realty, and Stokes Herzog Realty.

Chris is also a Wisconsin licensed real estate broker and REALTOR®.

You’re right! That’s because Chris worked in television news for 20 years as an anchor, producer, and reporter in Texas, Missouri, and at WEAU-TV Eau Claire, Wisconsin. During his time in television news, Chris won numerous awards for his work from the Wisconsin and Missouri Broadcasters Associations.

Chris also enjoys spending time with his two wonderful children and his amazing wife, Sarah on the lake where they live in rural Rusk county, Wisconsin.
